Requested functions
– To execute the planning, implementation and management of spare parts
– To organize business promotion plan for spare parts
– To collect account receivables through spare parts business from dealers and customers
– To control the order-placement of spare parts to the suppliers
– To manage the delivery and shipment of spare parts, inventory control and parts warehouse
– To conduct the training and guidance of dealer personnel
– To build and maintain good relationship with dealers and customers
– To follow up cost reduction activities in spare parts business
– To establish good partnership with other line managers to support the company’s business growth

– To pursue any other requests and instructions from senior management
Requested qualification
– Bachelor of Engineering, majored in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or other relevant subjects
– 3 years (5 years desirable) experience in the fields of spare parts, material handling or production management in automobile or motor bike industries
– Foreign language literacy: English as advanced level.
– Computer literacy : MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
– The candidate shall accept the circumstances of long commuting time of about 3 hours between HCMC and our factory location in two ways by our arranged commuting bus.
Business hours
Monday thru Friday, and from 8:00 to 17:00 including one hour lunch time
Remuneration
Monthly salary at VND15,000,000.,but, may be negotiable when necessitated, and one month equivalent bonus only when it is applicable.
Time of Employment The sooner, the better.
