– To support Deputy General Manager in servicing Japanese clients and other clients.
– To establish the good relationship with Japanese clients for business activities.
– Participate in contributing to the Company business activities and create team work spirit within the Department and other Departments to fulfill the company mission and image.
1. Client service:
– To look for new (mainly Japanese) clients, approaching clients, selling insurance and taking care of them
– To review renewal list for timely reminders to clients
– To prepare quotation for clients
– To issue insurance policy as requested by either clients or Marketing Deputy General Manager
– To conduct non-life insurance seminars for both current and potential clients (explain the cover of insurance policy and claim procedure)
– To organize risk management seminars for existing clients
– To execute risk survey at client’s site as basic for offering quotation.
2. Outstanding/Unclear Premium:
– To update all outstanding premium to the direct management monthly
– To assist Accounting Department to break-down any unclear payment from clients
– To send reminder to clients for any overdue premium
3. Business Administration:
– To report any unusual problems to direct management.
4. With concerned departments:
– To cooperate with Claim Department:
+ To settle the claim smoothly;
+ To follow up any pending claim cases;
+ To organize risk/claim management seminars, risk survey at client’s sit
– To coordinate with Technical Division:
+ To follow up with Business Processing Section for operation matters;
+ To work closely with Underwriting Section for quotation and coverage;
+ To cooperate with Loss Control Engineer to make risk survey at client’s site.
– To support other departments, especially special events organized by Company.
5. Others:
– Training, development and supervision:
– To improve skill of selling and enlarge knowledge of non life insurance;
– To fully participate in training courses organized by company;
Reports to the direct Management:
– To update the market trends directly influenced on MSIG Vietnam’s business activities;
– To report the daily production by actual figures compared with targets and weekly performance;
– To report any unusual problems, especially to break-down any unclear payment from clients.
Other works will be assigned by the Marketing Deputy General Manager.
– Candidate with Japanese Nationality.
– University Graduation;
– Ability to understand the client’s conditions & characteristics to be able to consult client effectively;
– Ability to set up targets for herself and make a detail plan to look for potential clients and get transactions done successfully;
– good organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure;
– Advanced computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel, basic knowledge of database applications;
– English – writing and speaking;
