At the present, partner of JWORK – Japanese company 100% invested from Japan specializing in providing technical services for industrial machines … looking for SMT SERVICE ENGINEER working at Dong Da, Ha Noi.
1. Routine Maintenance, service and support all MASS represented products.
2. Installation and commission new equipment including pre-delivery checks.
3. Plan and coordinate schedule to ensure all projects are completed within the period given with the minimum cost and at a high service quality.
4. Provide day-to-day technical assistance to internal and external customers and keep updated on new information.
5. Liaise with manufacturers for new information especially on technical issues.
6. Perform training for customer comprehensively and in timely manner
7. Production support

Requirements
– Gender: Male/Female
– Academy Background: Graduated From University with major in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent
– Language: Good command of spoken and written English
– Experiences: At least 2 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment or working in the technical team in the manufacturing.
– Have 4 years’ experience about SMT is advantage or related industry.
– High level of customer service through excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
– Provide report on technical support function to Technical support Supervisor i.e.: technical failure report
– Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
– Computer proficiency including software relevant applications
– Willing to work beyond normal working hours if required
– Able to work independently and work under pressure
– Service mind characteristic
– Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
Working time: from 8:30 am to 17:30 pm Mon ~ Friday and 2 Saturdays / per month.
