IT Project Manager
– Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver project management service including project planning, task scheduling, controlling and monitoring of project execution and progress reporting.
– Organize and lead weekly meeting to report progress and resolve any project related issues. 
– Ensure the project milestones to be completed on time and meet with the requirements.
– Communicate regularly with the local and regional management team to update the project status, raise up any encountered issues and revise timeline or requirements when needed. 
– Facilitate communication between the IT team and the management team, become a single point of contact for the project. Regular lead the communicate to all staff in the office about all the changes and the status.
– Identify the correct vendors, negotiate and ensure they meet the requirements.
– Liaise with internal departments and vendors on service provisions process.
– Experienced with IT Infrastructure Projects deployment and management.
– Multi-national company working experience is highly preferable.
– Knowledge on IT technology such as Active Directory, network infrastructure (firewalls, switches and routers configuration) and network-based storage is preferable.
– Good command of both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
– Good communication, organizational, interpersonal and coordination skills
– Workplace : Q1.
