– Developing training materials, marketing and conducting training program in Kaizen (continuous improvement), Production management, Quality control and other manufacturing-related fields.
– Developing proposal and conducting consulting project according to client’s needs in the same fields as above.
– Other tasks when requested.
– Male/Female, Range of 30-45 years old
– Good command of Japanese or English (Japanese is preferable).
– Having sound knowledge and strong practical experience in Kaizen & QCC(factory’s continuous improvement), Production Management or Quality Control etc.
– At least 3 years of working experience. Having been working in Japanese manufacturer is a must.
– Having experience in training or consultancy field is an advantage.
– Good communication skill, presentation skill and logical thinking.
– Other desired personal characteristics: As a consultant, we expect you to:

+ Highly flexible regarding work tasks, roles and responsibilities.
– Working in Hochiminh City.Going on business to Hanoi and other provinces when requested.
– 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday.
– Salary depending on the successful candidate’s acquired knowledge, skills and experience
