At the present, partner of JWORK – Japanese company 100% invested from Japan specializing manufacturing precision mechanical components used in the manufacturing industry, the high-tech machine…, looking for CHIEF PRODUCTION OFFICER working at Thu Duc Dist, HCM
– Direct and guide all of employees of production line in the right way.
– Set the target of the year and prepare and responsible for all KPIs/Action plan of in production line includes shipment, quality, OTS, productivity, cost (tool and material) and labor cost point of view.
– Propose production line policy, Kaizen to the boss and let all of employees know and clear guidance
– Guidance of subordinate to create the action plan for KPIs and check their progress.
– Prepare training program (including OJT) and proceed for future strong organization of company.
– Review production line performance periodically and let responsible Leader/Sub Leader to correct the way. Check detailed performance of production line periodically and make Kaizen suggestion.
– Check and suggestion the working time included overtime attendance.
– Request organization change of dept to create the better management
– Report KPIs result monthly basis. Report any issues if needed
– Solving the issues of production, and giving the initiative to solutions
– Evaluating working performance of subordinate
– Detail will be discussed in the interview

Requirements:
– Gender: Male
– Age: 30 over
– Language: Good in English or Japanese communication
– Academic brackground: Graduate from university major in majored in mechanical, automation technology, industrial management system
– Experiences: Five years of relevant in the manufacturing, and 3+ year at least of Manager of production line with more than 100 persons, used to work in Japan manufacture is priority.
– Strong in management and analytical skills.
– Ability communication in English or Japanese.
– Independent working ability.
– Competent in MS office and in email using
– Salary: Negotiate
