As Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for finding, contacting and establishing commercial relationships with advertisers / agencies and to serve as the single point of contact for clients to help craft and execute their online initiatives, whatever they may be.
You will responsible for the day-to-day execution of various programs and / or projects, working with multiple internal teams to manage creative development, production, content, programming and media / marketing. Project management skills are a key component of this position as there are multiple projects going on at once. Equally important is the ability to understand the client’s needs, problem solve, offer up solutions, clearly communicate, and ultimately build trust and loyalty.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, have a good understanding of online, are able to manage multiple projects, and have a good understanding of traditional marketing.
The Senior Digital Account Manager must be able to demonstrate leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Strategic thinking to come up with business models that will address client’s business needs
· Be responsible for business development & revenue within designated scope of responsibilities
· Be responsible for developing relationship with media community, advertisers and agencies
· Develop & maintain clients’ confidence & support
· Prepare presentations, proposals, client briefs for online marketing solutions campaigns
· Face to face professional client presentations of campaign plans to clients for approval or modification
· Co-ordination the presentation of the agreed final proposal
· Develop project plans
· Work with all related teams like production, content, creative to insure that projects are completed according to specification and meet client expectations
· Work with the marketing team to insure online advertising campaigns meet and exceed stated objectives
· Manage the schedule for your projects, coordinate and conduct internal meetings/calls, and track the process through project completion
· Manage day-to-day updates and maintenance requests
· Produce estimates, agendas, meeting notes, status reports, billing, and other administrative work as required
· Handling budgets and managing campaign costs
· Participate in expanding existing business and new business opportunities
· Interface with partner agencies and vendors to ensure seamless integration
· Manage and operate all the activities of Account Service Department
· Be able to lead a team of diversified staff at different levels
· Be responsible for coaching staff & staff development
· Handle other tasks required by the Board of Directors
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business / Marketing or related discipline is preferred.
Competencies / Skills:
1. At least 2+ years experience in similar Account services roles
2. Project Management experience a must
3. A passion for all things online and a great understanding of the digital landscape in Vietnam
4. Good understanding and/or experience of Online Marketing, e-business, web site development tools is a plus
5. Established contacts with advertisers and agencies
6. Sales experience – cold calling, client presentations, closing deals / contracts
7. Confident, effective communication and interpersonal skills
8. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
9. Excellent sales skills and demonstration ability to meet or exceed performance standards
10. Working under pressure and team-work
11. Marketing knowledge needed
12. Quick to build rapport with clients.
13. Highly energetic and initiator
14. English language – written & verbal. Must be able to write reports in English
15. Able to plan and manage multiple tasks
