Online Marketing Executive
Marketing Responsibilities:
1. Involve in the development and implementation of branding campaigns, market research, business development initiatives and strategic marketing and communications plans to promote the company products and services, company operated websites and client’s managed websites.
2. Active role in implementing and executing marketing activities.
3. Involve in managing all aspects of company operated websites online presence and marketing activities, online activations, media strategy to ensure we attract, increase and retain members / consumers and sponsors through a superior online experience.
4. Manage ongoing website content
5. Managing & implementing ongoing SEO programs, viral marketing using social networks and social media marketing etc.
6. Reporting and analysis of website traffic
7. Develop and drive campaigns to deliver increase traffic
8. Developing programs and promotional campaigns to drive website traffic
9. Tracking, monitoring & analyzing all online marketing campaigns and activities
10.Working with creative team, development team to create and manage the company operated website and client’s managed websites
11. Managing internal and external marketing channels to include crafting on-site promotional campaigns / activities such as managing banner campaigns, email marketing campaigns, email newsletters programs, affiliates programs and online outreach campaigns
12. Involve in all aspects of the monitoring, analysis and implementation for content marketing in all marketing channels in collaboration with the Content / Copywriter Team and Development Team.
Qualifications & Competencies / Skills:
1. Knowledge of digital marketing and the online world would be an advantage
2. Experience in marketing service oriented role and your knowledge in an online environment will ensure you succeed in this role
3. Strong written communication / copywriting skills
4. A correct knowledge if the usual best practice for managing SEO would be plus
5. Social Media experience would be an advantage
6. Working under pressure and team-work
7. Able to plan and manage multiple tasks
8. English language – written & verbal. Must be able to write reports in English
9. Thinks creatively and differently from the rest of the crowd
10. High sense of accountability and result focus
11. Understand how to be a professional – appearance, mannerism, communication.
12. Confident, effective communication and interpersonal skills
13. Highly energetic and initiator
14. Capacity to quickly learn and grasp business issues and requirements
15. You will be entrepreneurial, a self starter, and have a great work ethic
16. You will be enjoy a hands on approach with an eye for detail
17. You will be methodical, practical and have a creative approach to problem solving
18. Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline is preferred.
