– To assist the Sales Manager to set up, manage and supervise the sales team of Production Service Business and hit the team target: Responsible for individual sales target and team target; Manage a portfolio of customers, communicate and exchange information with customers on a regular basis; Proactively develop new relationship with prospective customers via sales and relevant activities, including regular direct sales visits, conferences, sales & marketing events, trade fairs… and other possible channels; Build a strong positive relationship with existing customers, provide adequate support and service to ensure account’s maximum performance and growth, and prevent threats of competition; Professionally present Corporate Identity, products, services & solutions to the market and prospective customers; In charge of every task of assigned sales cycles, including document preparation, customer negotiation, contract, payment, in accordance with company policies & procedures; Participate in, and promote the sharing of knowledge; Attend training courses as required; Assist the PSB Senior Manager to ensure all of PSB activities are compliant with company’s policies & procedures; Submit all required reports in a complete and timely manner; Other duties as assigned by PSB Sales Manager; etc… (Chi tiết công việc trao đổi khi phỏng vấn).
Yêu cầu:
– Bachelor’s Degree or higher of Business Administration or Marketing or related field with 03 – 05 years’ work experience and Printing industry experience is an advantage;
– Mature and a can deal with individuals of various levels;
– With excellent sales and presentation skills;
– Self-motivated and result-oriented;
– Pro-active, good motivator, possesses a “Can-Do” attitude;
– Good organizational and entrepreneur skills;
– Ability to work independently as well as a part of sales team and to deliver result under pressure with a high level of responsibility;
– Good command in English (Speaking and Writing);
– Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with clients at high level;
– Proactive, keen to learn and sale oriented;
– Capacity to work to the agreed timeframes;
– Capacity to work with minimum supervision;
– Occasional domestic travel will be necessary.
Mức lương: 1500 – 1600 USD.
