– To be a contact point between marketing department and sales team to ensure achievement of sales and budget objectives.
– Assist in planning and analyzing strategy of distribution & display to achieve objectives: distribution (wide & deep), active (amount of shop & quality the current spaceshare) for all brands of company.
– Execute & monitor budget investment by channels /areas/ brands defined by Quarter/year.
– Analysis of market information, competitor and industry data reports (internal, external) to propose an action plan for each area / region.
– Field work to get market intelligent knowledge.
– Continuously survey to understand and propose proper action to meet the satisfaction of customers.
– Update sales and trade tracking report, ensure communication across all related parties.
– Work closely with sales team to understand the need of POSM materials, then execute all implementation of POSM to promote brand image at touch points.
– Others admin task if any
Requirements:
– Male, Female, 27 – 32 years old
– Minimum 2 year experience in Trade Marketing function and 2 year experience at similar position in FMCG companies
– Knowledge of Marketing and Trade Marketing activities, tools and techniques is needed
– Logical thought process
– Proficient in Microsoft software
– Good in English (Japanese would be a plus)
– Fluent in analysis and familiar with data consolidation
