– Experience with customer-facing interactions. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users and support staff
– Highly organized and detail-oriented in multiple projects within varying deadlines
– Team work, active & strong personality
– Master knowledge and skills of the telephone operator
– Strongly in Business and sale management
– Good problem solving skills with practical solutions
– Good knowledge of marketing and customer service activities
– Good strategy business plan and implementation with an overview of contact center market
– University degree in economy, trading, commerce will be an advantage
– Must be minimum 3 years’ experiences in similar position (team size ≥ 300)
– Good communication, both Vietnamese and English
– Computer literacy, at least Word, Excel & PowerPoint applications
– Knowledge of call centre operations
– Reporting and presentation skills
