– Build up and control Brand Marketing team
– Build the brand , manage brand performance and maintain brand equity
– Develop Brand Marketing staff to be professional in term of knowledge, experience
– Control and manage brand team activities
– Developing and executing the brand plan & brand strategy
– Cooperate with Trade Marketing team to follow strictly the brand strategy and brand guideline
– Strictly control and cooperate with advertising agencies (ATL agencies, digital marketing agency, PR agency)
– In charge of approval for the design of POSM (color, logo, layout….) to ensure the effectiveness and timeline.
– Control all ATL budget (Within Brand Marketing budget)
– Coordinate the execution of market research projects (Quantitative & Qualitative) to have the understanding about the market insight, consumer behaviour, competitor and etc.
– Other projects assigned by Marketing Manager/Senior Manager/S&M Director
– University graduate
– Knowledge about brand marketing , advertising
– At least 3-5 year experience in alcoholic industry/ FMCG
– Good relationship and strong network to function in alcoholic industry
– From 30 years old or above
