Be responsible to take part in setting up and implement: Recruitment, training activities. Operate company salary/remunerations system.
Monitor Staff performance appraisal. contribute to management of HR strategy and the operations of human resources function.
1 . Compensation & Benefit system
– Conduct/Manage Payroll system (salary, incentive, PIT, SI, HI, UI …)
– Collect/Analyze salary information.
– Give proposal on adjustment of benefits & compensation basing current labor market and actual Company situation and report to Department manager.
2. Recruitment
– Summarize recruitment demand from relevant departments
– Filter CV, co-operate with relevant departments to conduct interviews, select candidates
– Promulgate Company regulations and HR policies to the new comer
3. Training
– Summarize training demand from relevant departments, submit training plan to BOD
– Propose/Select training centers, monitor training courses
– Follow-up/summarize/evaluate training results and report to BOD
4. Staff appraisal performance
– Take part in setting up the system
– Monitor the relevant departments to properly and timely implement staff appraisal performance
– Summarize evaluation result and report to Department Manager
5 Employment relation
– Manage HR data
– Carry out labor rewards/discipline
6 Manage Rule & Regulation
– Administer good discipline at the work place through various measures accordingly to Labor Code and Company regulations
– Update current laws and revise HR policies & procedures accordingly.
– Male, 30 ~ 35
– College Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or, Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
– Required language(s): English; Japanese shall be a plus.
– At least 3 year(s) of experience in the same position. Experience in FMCG enterprise is a PLUS
