Initial cost estimates for the purpose of establishing feasibility of tender;

Calculate Bill of Quantity;

Managing costs on a wide variety of new projects and structures;

Strategic advice on the method to carry out every specific tender/ project, etc.;

Carry out cost economic study of alternative materials together with design

Detailed cost planning to ensure that designs are developed within agreed budgets;

Performing risk and value management and cost control;

Advice on alternative design solutions;

Advice on relevant methods of procuring construction work;

Advice on the selection of subcontractors and specialists to suited to the construction work;

Handling the procurement process itself;

Verifying and managing the financial administration of sub-contractors

Other information:
– Salary : competitive
– Probation period: 2 months
– Working time: Monday-Friday (8:00-17:00); Saturday (8:00-12:00)
– Holidays: as per Labor Law and Company’s policy
– Benefit: Health Care Insurance & other as per Company’s policy
– Social Insurance contribution is based on actual salary
