Job Description
 
– Responsibility is to oversee that all of the duties within the workplace, IT domain fields are taken care of and the business continues to operate smoothly.
 
– Provide leadership, vision, and management to the IT department. To be directly responsible for management of all IT and Technical Resources of the company including
 
– Responsible for IT and Technical matters include planning, organizing, controlling and managing IT and Technical Systems for the company.
 
– Develops policies, procedures and best practices to ensure the integrity and security of all information systems.
 
– The core job of an IT director is to work on various IT developmental programs that would help the organization reach newer heights. Needs to take care that all the programs and projects are designed from the point of view of achieving the organizational goals and objectives.
 
– Set annual targets related to IT operations and monitor the overall performance of the entire department.
 
– Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to client and server hardware and software.
 
– Responsible for the ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware and software.
 
– Oversee the planning, installation, maintenance, and modifications of data, databases, communications, networks and telephone systems.
 
– Benchmark, analyse, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
 
– Communicate with the clients for business requirements and service level agreements and ensure that they are annually met.
 
– Communicate with other board of directors to assess and respond to IT needs.
 
– Monitor network security and supervise the entire network system of the organization.
 
– Serve as primary contact with outside vendors in the generation of quotes, bids, contracts, agreements, and other major vendor interactions, systems operations and maintenance
 
– Ensure the continual functioning of mission critical operations.
 
– Develop, review, and certify all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans
 
– Communicate effectively and courteously with directors, department heads, employees and the public.
 
– Analyzing complex problems, evaluating alternatives, and making recommendations related to IT and Technical operation and other business activities.
 
– Design, manage and monitor routine maintenance on various computer and network equipment.
 
– Developing and implementing information systems training for division and staff as necessary
 
– Keep current with trends and issues in the IT industry, including current technologies and prices
 
– Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
– 10 years experience senior in IT project management to provide IT service development.
– Experience in Managing IT team/department ≥ 10 people.
– Experience working in multi-culture environment
– Demonstrated a strong project management and problems solving skills
– Experience managing team dynamics, building team relationships, mentoring team members and delivering feedback
– The flexibility to do what needs doing to deliver a system
– Excellent written and oral communication in English skills.
– Ideally with an academic background in Computer Science or Engineering
– Extensive skills of hardware, software, network and security.
– Wide knowledge of telecommunication and ICT industry.
– Ability to apply newest Microsoft plus Open Source software to optimize IT costs and generate business profit.
– Good knowledge about IT Service Management Standards include ITIL and ISO 27000 series. .
