Job Description :
 
– In charge of providing the suitable sales and marketing tools: he/she should be an idea creator and manage all the advertising tools (advertising video clips, banners, standees, brochures, sales guidebook …) and standardize the dealers’ shops.
 
– Orient and build up the master action plans for demonstration campaigns for each kind of fields, such as paddy fields, sugarcance fields, corn fields, rubber trees, … in synchronous in order to support Sales department achieving sales target. Ensure the demonstration campaigns satisfy target customers.
 
– Collect information and Analyze customer data: Collect new information and/ or from the existing customer database, he/she must analyze the difference and/ or similar points of customers and their demand tendecy in order to design the marketing programs to attract more customers. Collect information to update the yearly crop schedules for each agricultural products..
 
– Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of new products and/ or implements.
 
– Budgeting and keeping administrative records.
 
– In charge of establishing the marketing strategy based on discussion with Marketing Manager and Sales Manager, and the approved by General Manager to build up the strategy for long term vision.
 
– Promote ADMS system to dealer network.
 
– Website update: in charge of updating new information in website, co-operation with IT section.
 
– Initiative, good communication, analytical skills, marketing and sales skills, teeam work.
Job Required :
– Strong customer relationship.
– Capacity to work under pressure
– Computer literacy
– MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
– 5 years experience in the fields of Business or the fields of sales & marketing Sales material handling or production management in automobile or motor bike or construction machinery industries priority.
– English skill is excellence.
– Mature, responsible individual, good interpersonal skills, able to complete the given tasks with minimize
supervision.
– More than 15,000,000 VND (Negotiable)
