Job Description:
Responsible for holding seminars and courses:
– Deal with customers’ application and manage client database.
– Make plan and execute marketing & sales activities for training courses and services of Company.
– Responsible for organizing training courses, as meeting Japanese customers,
understanding their training needs, preparing proposal and quotation, arranging logistics,
follow up action plans and more.
– Create training materials for courses base on Client’s need.
Applicants will be trained to do all the tasks through On the Job Training Process after recruited to Company.
Job Requirement:
– Communicate in Japanese with great fluency (equivalent to ikkyu level).
– Have at least 2 year experience working in Japan or at Japanese companies in Vietnam.
– Have business background (graduated from business major or business related university)
– Interested in training and consulting field, desire to become a trainer/ consultant.
– Dynamic, quick-learning, able to work under pressure, have time management andplanning skills.
– Have good capability of office application (Word, Excel, Power Point).
