Sales Executive
Department: Food & Retail Business Department
– Person in charge of seafood business
– To communicate and negotiate with Japanese customers and Vietnamese suppliers
– To accompany Japanese visitors on visits to suppliers’ factories (business trip basis)
– To expand existing business and to create new business
– To build and share a sales strategy for our future activities, then execute it.
– To ensure proper internal control, including credit control, legal control, etc.
– Expected Salary: Negotiable
Requirements:
– Male staff
– General manager
– Seafood Team leader
1. Qualification and experience:
– To read, write and speak good Japanese and English
– Experience in purchase, sales, negotiation, new customer and product development,
– Experience in seafood business preferable but not necessary.
2. Personality and social skills:
– Very good communication skills, positive conversation.
– An interest in or like Japanese food, products, people, etc.
– Patience when dealing with quality claims from demanding Japanese customers,
and perform well even under high pressure.
– Capability to gain understanding of others even when there is a conflict of interest.
3. Skills and knowledge:
– Skilled at tough and calm negotiations
– Capability to win suppliers understanding on the background of customer’s’ new requests.
4. Computer Skills:
– Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint for presenting, emailing and reporting purposes
