JOB DESCRIPTION
Position reporting to: Senior Finance Manager
Principle responsibilities
1. Management
• Management of Accounting team (5 staffs)
· Enforce the department’s policies and procedures manual for staff.
2. Administration
• Act as primary liaison between accounting department and other departments and/or properties
• Prepare Monthly VAT Reports and all other documents for the Tax Authority or any other Authority related to the accounting Department.
3. Accounting
• Responsible to make sure that the accounts are properly set up and that the accounting is done according to the national requirements / IFRS requirements
• Supervise monthly, quarterly and yearly closings.
• Supervise Accounts receivables (Credit Management etc…) and Accounts Payables.
• Supervise Stock Management.
• Make sure that the Fixed Asset Management (Asset Number Management, Depreciation rates…), Low value Item Management and Stock Management is done efficiently by the Accountant.
• Ensure coordination with auditors (internal and external) and sign-off of periodic accounts for both Group purposes and as per local statues.

2. Techinal skills:
· BA degree major in Accouting & Auditing
– Min salary 1.500 ingross
