Chi tiết công việc:
1. Organization and Planning
– Set up and conduct annual Human Resource initiatives/activities in line with strategic Business Plan
– Formulate and implement human resource policies and internal guidelines in compliance with Regional Framework and local governance structure
– Study and provide management information regarding human resource organization and planning to support decision making
2. Workplace and Culture
– Facilitate the development of a corporate culture in line with Group’s values, Company’s visions and Code of Conduct Policy
– Maintain good working conditions in line with Health and Safety Policy
– Perform and assess annual employee survey and monitor the improvement action plans
– Support Management in maintaining relationship with Trade Union and addressing labour disputes
– Execute appraisal and disciplinary decisions made by the Management
3.Recruitment and Induction
– Communicate vacancy advertisement or requisition to head hunters in line with authorized recruitment request
– Facilitate the recruitment process (CV screening, interview, candidate assessment, reference check) to ensure recruitment is of effectiveness and efficiency
– Complete the joining formalities, including labor contractual procedure (for both local and foreign employees), new comer facilities preparation and orientation training program
4.Training and Development
– Set up annual training plans in line with the Company’s strategy and legal requirements
– Implement annual training plan for the Company and approved staffs (scheduling, logistics support, syllabus or materials preparation and training facilitation and feedback management)
– Assess the training plan implementation results for future improvement
– Facilitate and monitor career path development programs at all Divisions
– Support talent management and succession plans
5. Performance Management
– Communicate and monitor Performance Management System at all divisions
– Initiate and follow up annual performance appraisal process along with personal objectives and KPIs system
– Facilitate promotion procedure and rotation plan decided by the Management
– Enhance pay structure and set up annual benefit schemes to ensure the compliance with Compensation and Benefits Policy
1. Management and Administration
– Lead and manage Human Resource staffs in performing routine and ad hoc tasks
– Running payroll system including calculation, payment and notification for social & medical insurance and PIT
– Ensure the compliance with labor laws/regulations and the effectiveness of Human Resource procedural internal controls

QUALIFICATIONS:
– University graduation, post-graduate preferable
– English fluency

– Understanding Vietnamese labour laws/ regulations
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
