Job details:
1) To execute the planning, implementation and management of Sales.
2) To organize business plan for Sales.
3) To control sales staff’s business activity and improvement of ability.
4) To build up customer satisfaction activities in sales business
5) To build & maintain good external relationship with concerning Authorities and offices
6) Market research and Business information report.
7) Research and report for the Vietnam market especially in agriculture machine.
8) To build and maintain good relationship with dealers and customers
9) To build up for the sourcing business.
10) To follow up and reply of dealer and customers when complaint problem occurs
11) To establish good partnership with other line managers to support the company’s business growth
12) To pursue any other requests and instructions from senior management
Salary: 15,000,000 ~ 22,000,000vnd/tháng (gross) but may be negotiable when necessitated.
Required skills:
– University degree of Economic, Commercial or Business Administration is a must
– University or post graduate qualification is an advantage
– Mature, responsible individual, good interpersonal skills, able to complete the given tasks with minimize supervision.
– Strong customer relationship.
– Capacity to work under pressure
– Computer literacy : MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
– 3 years (5 years desirable) experience in the fields of Business or the fields of sales.
– Sales material handling or production management in automobile or motor bike or construction machinery industries priority.
– Monday thru Friday, and from 8:00 to 17:00 including one hour lunch time. The candidate shall accept the circumstances of long commuting time of about 3 hours between HCMC and our factory (KVC) location in two ways by our arranged commuting bus.
