Job description:
1)  To execute the planning, implementation and management of technical
2)  To organize business plan for technical
3)  To control technical staff’s business activity and improvement of ability.
4)  To build up customer satisfaction activities in technical business
5)  To collect product quality matter through technical business from dealers and customers works on the problem solving and the preventive action. 
6)  To conduct the training and guidance of dealer personnel (Dealer Development section responsibility)
7)  To build and maintain good relationship with dealers and customers
8)  To follow up  and reply of dealer and customers  when complaint problem occurs
9)  To establish good partnership with other line managers to support  the company’s business growth                     10)  To pursue any other requests and instructions from senior management
 
Salary: 15,000,000 ~ 20,000,000vnd/tháng (gross) but may be negotiable when necessitated.

-University degree of technical engineering
-Mature, responsible individual, good interpersonal skills, able to complete the given tasks with minimize supervision.
-Strong customer relationship.
– Capacity to work under pressure
– Computer literacy : MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
-Experience: 3 years (5 years desirable) experience in the fields of service material handling or production management in automobile or motor bike industries
Working time:
-Monday thru Friday, and from 8:00am to 17:00pm including one hour lunch time. The candidate shall accept the circumstances of long commuting time of about 3 hours between HCMC and our factory (KVC) location in two ways by our arranged commuting bus.
