Công việc: 
1) Make a plan on Supply and Demand
– Offer supply and demand plans: yearly plan, quarter plan, next month plan, next week plan.
– The plan will be based on selling plan of S&M division, product stock, semi-finished product stock, manufacturing structure, production structure of material suppliers etc…
– Plan and produce meeting in order to adjust requiring of supply and demand. 
2) Related divisions adjustment.
Adjust requirement of below related divisions due to your immediate superior.
– Coordinate on and lead S&M division
   Especially, guide S&M division in order to make selling plan exactly.
–  Order manufacturing plan to Brewery division
– Contact to material suppliers about prospective quantity.
– Cooperate and guide logistic section (inside brewery)    
3) Built SCM structure
– Get instruction, supporting Japan
– Write out and formulate as system SCM structure by knowhow from experience.
4) Operation of export product
– Manage delivery export production due to Company’s  request.
– Real task may be entrusted to logistic company.
5) Taking responsibility for totally control operation of SCM-export and performance of subordinate.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
The job holder should possess:
– Domestic consumption: relating to Food product/ drink product (excep ) .
– Experience is over 3 years about planning or adjustment supply and demand plans. (Experience in Japanese company is better.)
– Operation of export product: about 1 year experience
-Ability to manage work independent.
-Have experience of manage staff
-English is necessary but better if can use Japanese.
– Male/ female.
– Age: from 27 to 35.
– Salary: 15~25 milion,negotiateddepending onability andexperience
