– Develop master plan for KA channel.
– Translate master plan into specific promotions, activation, and other brand activities.
– Follow up channel execution in market place.
– Measure channel performance by KPIs.

– Other special projects.
Required Experience/Skills :University graduated
Experience Level:Commercial in alcoholic drinks industry. Priority for beer industry

– Language: English fluency/effective communication
– Excellent planning & execution skills
– High ability in translating brand strategy into channel plan
– High evaluation & analysis skill, performance measurement skill
– Good decision making skills
– Good leadership skills
– Good interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in matrix organization
