Job Descriptions
– Control the import, export, logistics and customer service to assure delivery time of goods to customer
– Follow up with customer’s order in production lines
– Report to Managers, BOD and the government authorities for monthly and yearly result of sales and export – import.
– Provide related sections with information on sales, export – import and Customs clearance.
– Follow up the cost of transportation, delivery, forwarding and Customs clearance
– Organize and arrange the Group activities smoothly and effectively to meet the company target.
– Solve the problem related to customs formality. Maintain the good relationships with authorities.
– Supervise the forwarder’s services
– Set up the KPI’s for the department and action plan.
– Age : 32 up
-Gender: male or female
Requirements:
– Education background: University degree or equivalent (Poly-Technics, Business Management & Administration, Foreign Trade…)
– At least 3 years of managing/ supervising skill and experiences.
– Be able to work independently and under high pressure environment
Skills:
– Interpersonal skill
– Effective communication in English (C level and above)
– Computer skill: MS office & other software applications (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)
– Sustains good relationships with government authorities, suppliers, and other
