Responsible of executing and coordinating compensation and benefit activities to maximize the strategic use of C&B. Maintain these functions to actract people.
Compensation/Payroll
– Ensures that employees are fairly and equitably compensated based on their “value contribution”.
– Monitors consistent implementation of payroll policies and procedures and immediately corrects deviations, if any.
– Ensures the accurate and prompt payment of salaries and wages of all employees.
Performance Management
– Ensures the proper conduct of the annual performance evaluation (SRP).
– With the help of the Staff Development and Training Head, monitors the implementation of developmental plans of employees thru the Department Managers.
Legal Services
– Manages the legal services of SMPFVN and ensures that appropriate legal advice is provided to Management
Others
– Plans and administers motivational approaches for CB Staffs to ensure productivity and motivation.
– Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Education
-University graduate preferably, Economics or other related field
Working Experience/Skills
-Thorough knowledge in all facets of Compensation and benefit management
-With at least three (3) years experience as CB head preferably in a manufacturing company
-With strong leadership and management capabilities and good interpersonal skills
-Good oral and written communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English
