(Senior) Executive (or above), Tubular Products Department
Job descriptions
1)    Develop and execute strategies, policies and business direction of Tubular Business in Oil and Gas Exploration sector under superior’s general guidance.
2)    Identify and persue business opportunities in forms of new customers and projects in the field of Oil and Gas exploration sector.
3)    Set up, achieve and control annual budget and sales/profit targets under superior’s general guidance for assigned business.
4)    Implement contract negotiation and proceed business, ensuring timely shipment, delivery, smooth payments, under superior’s general guidance.
5)    Maintain and strengthen relationship with managers/managements of current and prospective Vietnamese customers and suppliers Customers and Suppliers database; business proceeding; products quality related issues resolving etc., under superior’s general guidance.
6)    Support superior to supervise daily operation of the team by building up good communication with superior and subordinate; motivating/ training/ supporting other members.
Required qualifications
– Male, aging around 30.
– University graduate with Engineering background.
– Very good English & Vietnamese communication skills and computer skills.
– Strong experience in Steel industry and in-depth knowledge of tubular products and industrial structure of Oil and Gas exploration sector.
– Good understanding and quick learning of legislation and regulation related to the assigned business.
– Strong negotiation and relationship building skills, together with flexibility and innovation at work.
– 7 to 10 years working experience in international trading of Oil and Gas exploration sector is a great advantage.
