Branch Manager at HCMC
He/she will manage programmes and projects by planning, prioritizing and administering work.
He/she will apply procedures, tools and methods to achieve this.
He/she needs a strong working knowledge of a project management methodology .
He/she should have a long experience in business analysis, development projects and should master some tools to facilitate this (UML, OO, use case development).
He/she should master the techniques to involve the user in the development and testing phase of the project. ‘
He / she should be able to manage the change in the business from IT applications via change mgt, communications plans, test plans, training plans.

Education Standard: Bachelor or Master Degree
Education Type: University Degree
The Branch leader should have a good understanding of the business practices & approaches, the company’s competitive situation.
He or she should know the IR corporate strategy well and use it as a guideline in all his/her projects. This knowledge together with an understanding of the existing systems and technology within the Branch and Customer area should be used as a basis for the Holcimin roadmap.
The leader should understand the organization; feel the politics and culture to define the best approach to the execution of the programmes
The leader should behave commercially at all times and focus on customers.
He/she should communicate will, be an empathic listener and use his/her network to gather information.
