– To Control line staffs and workers
Total around 400 employees in this section
– To Control the production facility
– To Improve the productivity
– To Reduce the rejects
– Education :University Graduate
:Chemical knowledge or Mechanic knowledge is advantageous
– Sex : Male
– Age : From 35 years old,
– Experience : Necessary
– Language : Fluent English, plus Japanese is advantageous although not compulsory,
– Health :Good health and No Smoking.
– Others :Management skill is necessary
