1. Manage the Customer Service Level agreement.
Organize resources adequate for customer service activities in Order processing, tracking, analyzing deliveries to monitor OTIF performance and plan improvements
2. Manage Tan Binh warehouse resources
Manage the storage of FGs
Control distribution cost and warehousing cost per lit as Tan Binh warehouse
3. People development
Provide training / coaching to the team
Develop a solid team with clear responsibilities and deliverables
4. Ensure the safe working environment
Apply annual Haulier Audit and warehouse audit system in line with company HSE&S requirements
