Warehouse Leader – My Phuoc 2 Industrial Park, Binh Duong

At the present, partner of JWORK – Japanese company 100% invested from Japan specializing in manufacturing various types of beverages … looking for WAREHOUSE LEADER working at My Phuoc 2, Binh Duong.

– To receive and check raw materials, packaging materials in the ingredient warehouse (First in First Out)…
– To arrange and follow up internal and external delivery status
– To satisfy customer’s requirements regarding to Delivery schedule
– To calculate usage of raw materials per batch based on a given formula for mixing chart.
– To summarize manufacturing data, such as daily, weekly and monthly production volume, raw/packing material usage losses
– To calculate usage of raw/packing materials per one day production and confirm the quantity with actual stock in warehouse beforehand.
– To confirm the quality status of raw/packing materials before transfer to other places from ingredients storage room.
– To inform any changes of delivery schedule to PE, QC, Accounts and Sales departments immediately, if happened.
– To confirm daily production quantity and daily raw/packing material usage with PE department by counting actual products in warehouse.
– To control unused raw/packing materials quantity kept in production area with PE department.
– To confirm the quantity of transfers from ingredients storage room to batching area, production area with P/E department.
– To follow FIFO rules for all raw/packing materials and finished goods.
– To manage blocked raw/packing materials and finished goods with proper indication (held/reject card) and keep designated area.
– To follow stock cover policy of raw/packing materials and finished goods.
– To undertake other duties assigned by Factory Manager from time to time
– To check pest control report in warehouse areas.
– To prepare and comply with the company’s requirements such as HACCP, FSMS, HALAL, 5S. 
– To be responsible in physically stock amount both suddenly and circlely 
– To undertake other duties assigned by Factory Manager / Management from time to time.

Requirements:
– Gender: Female
– Age: 24 up
– Academic background: graduated from university/ college with related major
– Language: English intermediate
– Experiences: at least 1-year experience in the same positon
– Prefer to candidates who working in food production companies.
– Dynamic, hardworking and eager to learn
– Withstand of high pressure in work
Working time: Office hour (Mon- Fri)
Salary: ~ 16 mil (Negotiation)
