BUILDING ENGINEER
Công ty liên doanh của công ty hàng đầu của Nhật Bản trong ngành xây dựng, đang phát triển dự án cảng biển tại Vũng Tàu.
Do nhu cầu, công ty đang cần tuyển Building Engineer.
 
Công việc:
– Responsible for all coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and other project teams for all building works to ensure that these works are in accordance with the latest shop drawings, applied standards and specifications.
– Responsible for submittals that require approval of Client/Consultant prior to execution of any works including but not limited to method statements, quality plan, material submittals and shop drawings.
– Responsible for invitation of Client/Consultant for site and factory inspections.
– Responsible for evaluation of billings submitted by contractors/suppliers and coordinate with the Project QS in the resolution of variation/change orders.
– Understand requirements of bidding documents and technical specifications.
– Responsible for preparation and checking for submission of final documentations such as;
           + Minutes of acceptance,
           + As-built drawings,
           + Operation and maintenance manual,
           + Warranty certificates from suppliers,
           + Warranty certificate for the Works
– TNĐHngành kiến trúc hoặc building
-Ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm
-Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt
-Có kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ dự án
-Có kiến thức kiểm tra bản vẽ chi tiết ( biết về A-CAD )
-Có thể làm việc độc lập, khả năng giao tiếp tốt.
-Kỹ năng phân tích và quản lý thời gian
– Làm việc tại Vũng Tàu.
– Lương thỏa thuận tùy theo năng lực và kinh nghiệm.
